On November 10th, President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris were back in WIlmington, Delaware at The Queen theater.

 This time, they were informing the American people about Joe's plan to revitalizing the Affordable Care Act. The incoming administration will be working on building and protecting the Affordable Care Act by making it more accessible, less expensive and include many advantages especially during the current pandemic.

These comes on the heels of the Federal Supreme Court justices earlier hearing arguments on whether to retain or overturn the Affordable Care Act which the outgoing administration is working hard on overturning

 Senator Harris was the first to make a statement and then later answered questions from the media.

Followed by Joe Biden who did the same thing.
