 For Friday, here is Madam Vice President's publicly known schedule.

In the morning, she joined President Biden in the Oval Office for the President's Daily Briefs.

Later she had lunch with President Biden in the Private Dining Room.



She later joined President Biden in the Roosevelt Room for a meeting with The Secretary of Treasury, Secretary Janet Yellen. During their meeting they receive an economic briefing from the Secretary.

Later in the evening, Madam Vice President joined President Biden in the Oval Office received this week's Covid-19 briefing from the White House's COVID-19 team for an update on our response. From rolling out the Johnson & Johnson vaccine to securing enough doses for every American by the end of May — last week was a big week, but we still have further to go

 On Tuesday, Vice President Harris began the day by joining President Biden in the Oval Office to receive the President's Daily Briefs.

During the day, Madam Vice President joined in remembering the one year anniversary of Ahmaud Arbery, who was sadly shot and killed in 2020 during a morning run

A year ago, Ahmaud Arbery was shot and killed while on a run. As we remember Ahmaud today, we commit to building a future where Black Americans no longer have to live in fear— simply because of the color of their skin.

Later in the evening, President Biden and Vice President Harris met in Roosevelt Room for their first bilateral meeting with a foreign government. Due to COVID-19, this meeting was virtual as they were joined by Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.



Joining the President and Vice President in the Roosevelt Room, where Secretary Antony Blinken, Secretary of State; Jake Sullivan, Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs; Juan Gonzalez, Senior Director for Western Hemisphere.

Other members of the Biden-Harris administration to join virtually include Defense Department's Secretary Lloyd Austin, Secretary Janet Yellen of the Treasury Department, Secretary Pete Buttiglieg of the Transport Department, Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas of the Homeland Department and Amb. John Kerry.

On the Canadian side, joining Prime Minister Trudeau were Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland, Minister Marc Garneau of the Foreign Ministry, Ambassador Kirsten Hillman Canada's Ambassador to the US(who joined in via phone), Harjjit Sarjan Defense's Minister and many other members of Her Majesty's government.

The meeting's focused on policy, bilateral meetings, COVID-19, low on pomp and featured a very large swipe at the previous administration. 

Following the meeting both the President and Prime Minister gave remarks.

 Here's Madam Vice President Harris' schedule for February 12th.

In the morning, she joined President Biden in the Oval Office for the President's Daily Briefs.

Then President Biden and Vice President Harris received a bipartisan group of governors and mayors in the Oval Office to discuss giving financial relief from the coronavirus pandemic to state and local governments. 

President Biden and Vice President Harris are on the push to pass the $1.9 trillion coronavirus package in Congress, amongst which  $350 billion will be sent to state and local governments and tribal governments to aid their communities. Although the package isn't favourable by many Republican lawmakers, some Republican governors and other officials are in favours.

Attending this meeting were: Gov. Asa Hutchinson of Arkansas and Gov. Larry Hogan of Maryland, New York's Gov. Andrew Cuomo and New Mexico's Governors Michelle Lujan Grisham. The mayors in attendance were Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms of Atlanta, GA, Mayor Latoya Cantrell of New Orleans, LA, Mayor Mike Duggan of Detroit, MI, Mayor Francis Suarez of Miami, FL, Mayor Jeff Williams of Arlington, TX.

After the meeting, President Biden and Vice President Harris had a private lunch at the private dining room. Then an economic briefing with Treasury's Secretary Janet Yellen.

Madam Vice President wished everyone celebrating the Lunar New Year through a video posted on her social media which is celebrated by the Asian-American communities. This new year is the Year of the Ox. Vice President Harris acknowledge the difference in how this year's celebration was different than the previous will reminding everyone to celebrate and respect the Federal and State government's guidelines.

She was tweeted out her support to the Asian-American communities and Asian Immigrants who are currently seeing a rise in violent and racist attack

Later in the day, the Washington Post published Vice President Harris' first opinion post. Vice President Harris wrote about the exodus of women from the working place during this pandemic which is a national emergency. About 2.5 million women have either been furloughed or lost their jobs since the beginning of the pandemic. You can read the Op-ed here: the Washington Post

 Here's Madam Vice President's for Thursday February 11th:

For Thursday, Madam Vice President Harris joined President Biden in the Oval Office for a meeting with Senators from both parties on the critical need to invest in modern and sustainable American infrastructure. Transport Secretary, Secretary Pete Buttigieg joined in virtually as this falls under his department's portfolio.

Then Vice President Harris joined in the first ever National Climate Task Force virtual meeting chaired by Gina McCarthy who is the the White House National Climate Advisor.

In line with the President's and Vice President's wishes to tackle climate crisis which will reunite various government departments. Joining in were Treasury Department's secretary, Sec. Janet Yellen, Transport's Secretary, Sec. Pete Buttigieg, Amb. John Kerry The Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, Amb. Susan Rice and many others

 Welcome back to another public schedule for Madam Vice President Kamala Harris.

To begin this day, Madam Vice President Harris joined President Biden at the Oval Office to receive the President's Daily Briefs and hold meetings about the day's agenda.

After that, Madam Vice President held a swearing in ceremony for a new member of the Biden-Harris administration. Denis Richard McDonough who was picked by the Biden-Harris transition as the nominee for the Veteran Affairs Secretary was confirmed by the Senate Veterans Affairs Committee on February 8th in a vote of 87-7 with 6 senators who were absent. Secretary McDonough becomes the second non-veteran and 11th Head of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Following that, Madam Vice President Harris joined President Biden and Secretary Yellen in the Oval Office to meet with business leaders to discuss the critical need to discuss the American Rescue Plan to save the American economy

 Her Friday started a little earlier than usual or more like Thursday drag on until Friday because Madam Vice President was in the Senate chambers to cast her tie break vote on President Biden's $1.9 trillion COVID American Relief Plan for Senate Approval.

The U.S House which is Democratic controlled had approve the plan whereas the resolution was passed in the Senate on a narrow 50-50 votes early on Friday morning, after an all-night Senate session during which several senators pushed through dozens of amendments with Vice President Harris performing her first tie breaking vote moving the vote to 51-50.



A few hours later, Madam Vice President Harris met with President Biden for the Presidential Daily Briefs at the Oval Office.

Still in the Oval Office, both President Biden and Vice President Harris met with Senior Democratic House Leaders and Chairs of Committees to discuss the American Rescue Plan.

The Democratic House Leaders which met with the President and Vice President were lead by House Speaker, Madam Speaker Nancy Pelosi(D-CA) discussed the coronavirus relief legislation.

Followed by a press conference where the President delivered remarks on the state of economy and the importance of the relief package which was attended by Vice President Harris and Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen

Later in the day, Vice President Harris and Treasury Secretary Yellen held a virtual town hall with Black Chambers of Commerce from across the country where both the relief plan was discuss, its effect on black businesses and how they can use the propose aid to help black businesses during this pandemic and boost the economy.

Yesterday Janet Yellen, President Biden's nominee for the Department of Treasury was confirmed by the Senate Finance Committee marking her own history by becoming the first female Secretary of Treasury. 

Today on the White House's step, the first female Vice President sworn in the first female Secretary of Treasury. Secretary Janet Yellen who was previously the first woman to run the Federal Reserve became as from today the 78th Secretary of Treasure and the first person ever to have led the three most powerful economic bodies in government: Treasury, the central bank, and the White House Council of Economic Advisers.

Madam Vice President Harris then joined President Biden at the State Dining Room where President Biden held a press conference and signed a set of executive orders aimed at advancing racial equity across American society, including combating discrimination in housing policies and ending the use of private prisons especially for the Department of Justice. 

Later on Madam Vice President went to the National Health Institute, where she was administered the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccin.
