3) She held an other Oath of the Office swear in ceremony for a new member of the Biden-Harris Administration. During the transition period, the then Mayor of Boston, Marty Walsh was nominated to the post of Secretary of Labour.
In a 68-29 vote in the United States Senate on March 22nd, 2021, he was confirmed as Head of the Department of Labour, thereby becoming the final member of Biden's Cabinet to be confirmed. He became the 29th Secretary of Labour.
