On Monday, Madam Vice President met both virtually and in person with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus' leadership to discuss about the Northern Triangle, for Vice President Harris to hear their input on the Administration's diplomatic effort, and how the Administration and the Caucus can work together to address the root causes of migration from the region. She delivered remarks on vaccinations, support of vaccine distribution on a global scale, small business aid, workers’ rights, and addressing root causes of migration
This is not the first time the Caucus is visiting the White House as they previously met with President Biden and Vice President Harris in the Oval Office on April 20th to discuss how they can work together to address COVID, get shots in arms, create jobs, and fix our broken immigration system.
