And that's exactly what Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff did today. While respecting government guidelines, the Second Couple paid an unexpected visit to the Washington D.C Veteran Affairs center.

There they joined the new Veteran Affairs Secretary, Secretary Denis McDonough and his wife Kari McDonough where both couple each brought assorted cookies and coffee to the hospital's Frontline and healthcare workers.
